The head blogger at the Happy Seamstress Pattern Co. recently posted about the Super Mario Bros.-themed sweater she made for her video game-loving husband, and titled the post “the Nerdiest Sweater Vest in the World.” After taking a look at her work, we think a more apt title might be “the Luckiest Husband in the World.” Take a look for yourself and see what you think.
Tacky or not, how awesome is that? We’d wear it! And that’s not her only video game-themed knitting output, either…
Her site also features a “Baby Link Outfit” for dressing wee ones up like the Legend of Zelda hero.
Best of all, for all you knitters out there, the Happy Seamstress has promised that she would post the pattern on her site if the blog entry received 100 comments, and it did over the course of just a few days (the Link pattern has already been posted as well).
